Thank You Mike We heard about Tree Pros from a friend. We called and had some sick trees looked at and also had some large trees trimmed and removed. We have waited to post this review until we saw just what the fertilizer would do. Over the last six months we have since tremendous results from the growth to the looks of our now beatiful queen palms and ash trees. We have used other so called (Tree companies) and have to admit we have never had the service we have had with TREE PROS. We will never use another tree company as long as you guys can maintain the Great Service. Thanks again

My husband and I stopped at your booth at the home show last Friday. We were very impressed with the young man we talked to about our palm trees. Also very impressed with the fact that you called us the next day to schedule an appointment to trim our trees. Your crew was here this morning and did an excellent job! All four of them were very nice. We have only lived here in Arizona for a year and had no idea how the trees were supposed to look. When the lead guy asked us how we wanted them to look we said for him to decide since he knew more about palms than we did. They look great! The crew took time to cover some pots that couldn't be moved and also moved our furniture around the pool away from the trees. They did a great job of cleaning up, even skimmed the pool! It's hard sometimes as a consumer to hire a company that you know nothing about. Your company exceeded our expectations. One of our neighbors came over this afternoon to see if we were happy with your service because he needs some work done. We gave him your number.

I want to thank everyone at Tree Pros for providing great customer service and for making my trees look so good! Everyone I dealt with -- from Sonia to Jason to Roland to Jose and the crew – were helpful, friendly and eager to do a good job. Though everyone was nice to work with, I send special thanks to Roland, who patiently answered my many questions and offered great advice. His demeanor and professionalism really sold me on the company. Sonia and Jason returned calls promptly and were very helpful as well. These three people made a nice impression. And then the crew continued that precedent, as they showed up when they said they would, confirmed what was to be done and asked me questions throughout the morning to be sure, did a tough job in hot and muggy conditions and then thoroughly cleaned up the yard afterwards. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the trees look. In fact, the same crew was next door to do a tree removal just yesterday. I’m sure that won’t be the last business your company gets from my neighbors and friends, as I have been recommending you to everyone I know! Based on what I experienced with everyone at Tree Pros, I think you’ve earned a loyal customer. Thanks again and keep up the great work! #2288

I just wanted to give 5 stars and an A+++ for a job well done to the fine people at "Tree Pro's" here in Phoenix. I contacted this company on 9/25/07 to get an estimate on having 3 trees removed and stumps ground. Roland arrived at my home just as scheduled at noon on the 27th and gave me not only the best rpice (I had 3 other estimates quoted) he was the most personable of the bunch. On the 28th I was called to see if they could come at 7am on the 29th to remove the trees. The crew was prompt and completed the job in what seemed like just minutes. All that was left were the stumps which were quickly transformed into mulch. You can't even tell there was ever trees in the yard. Again, Praise to the professional, courteous staff at "Tree Pro's". I'd recommend them for any tree service needed or desired. Thank you, Invoice #3843
