When I walked in the door I was greeted by the true smell of a great NY pizzeria...and a lady named Sally is the best waitress I have ever come across! She was friendly, great with my kids, and let me tell ya...boy does she have a sense of humor. From clean funny jokes to the raunchiest ----> she's got them all! I walked in expecting to have come across another terrible "wanna be NY pizza joints" but this is the real thing...well the closest you'll get to the real thing. After looking at the menu and being surprised at some of the menu items that a place of this calibur was serving, I was talked into the eggplant parmesan by Sally (she said it was awesome and she was right). The portions were generous and the service was UNBEATABLE!! I almost like Sally better than the food!!! The food was excellent and prepared just like back at home. The tastes and aroma and the great server almost brought me into a flash back of my favorite italian kitchen (my mothers) in NY. I must say TRY IT!!!! they're great. but CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE SALLY IS THERE!! SHE IS AMAZING
Pros: SALLY IS GREAT!
Cons: PRICES ARE A BIT HIGH, but the food is good.

It was like visiting family. when we walked in first was the familiar aromas just like every italian kitchen i was ever in back home in new york. the food tasted as good as it smelled. the menu covered everything from pizza to lobster ravioli. the blonde waitress was great best service i have had in az she welcomed us with a smile she seemed to know everybody's name. her quick wit and jokes set the mood in the diningroom which was relaxing and fun. we had egg plant parm and a pizza after dinner the waitress suggested canolies for dessert and we were not disappointed. before leaving we were unable to resist taking home some pastries for breakfast. we have found our new favorite restaraunt.
Pros: food, waitress

this taste just like NY!!!! when i walked in the door the aroma of food was just breath taking. brought back my memories of back east. the great food and pastries like i used to get. this place is a blessing in disguise!!!

The food is real home made taste. The pasta dishes are delicious, taste like when grandma use to cook. I would recomend carusottis to all who want to eat reallllllll good food. The pizzas are fabulous and the desserts are just as good.
