I am currently a member at Massage Envy and have been for over a year now. I couldn't be happier with the services they provide there. The receptionists are always on top of things and are always smiling! I like to see different therapists for a variety of services and have never been disappointed. The therapists are always customizing my sessions to my needs at a low cost that is convienent to my life schedule and my check book!
Pros: Cost and Services
Cons: So many locations is hard to choose

I have been going to this clinic for three years now and I love it! The front desk is always courteous and friendly. The therapists are incredible. In my 3 years going there I have never had a bad massage. I now see 2 therapists now regularly. One for deep tissue and structural work and one for just relaxing and de-compressing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is either looking to relax or is suffering from chronic pain.
Pros: Great Therapists! Friendly Staff!
Cons: must book ahead on weekends

I had areally bad experience with massage envy from the get go. First they had me sign up to draft my account and told me it was a month to month contract. Once I realized the massage therapists were not very good and very unprofessional I went to cancel and found out I had signed a year contract (my bad I should have read the contract). I tollerated a years worth of bad massages and then when I cancelled they continued to draft my account. I took a great deal of time and effort to get them to stop and refund my money. Then they refused to honor the massages I had paid for but not used yet. This company is very shady place to do business with and sadly they don't even give very good massages.
Pros: None
Cons: Dishonest, unprofessional, poor massage

The massages I receive at Massage Envy are just as good if not better than some of the resorts I have been to. It's a great overall value!
Pros: Great Value!

I was impressed with the convenience of getting an appointment at Massage Envy. I scheduled last minute with Gabe and was not disappointed. Gabe was very knowledgable and gave a great massage. I will go out of my way to recommend this place to my friends.
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Parking

I purchased a 1 year membership, they cancelled my FIRST 3 appointments (last minute), wouldn't call me back, didn't refund ALL of my $$$. (and now I'm receiving solicitations to vote... how funny! :)
Pros: location
Cons: honoring a contract

I would recommned this site. I use to attend the Chandler Massage Envy, but that site had such huge turn over and the massages weren't very good. I also found that the Chandler site didn't give the full hour. I mentioned it to management and was only told they would address it in a meeting. It continued to happen for several months. If a person purchased a year membership and lost five minutes each time that would be a one hour massage ($40.00). I was given all sorts of excuses for the loss of time; the hour included the time to cloth and uncloth, which I didn't mind but when does it take a person 15 minutes to uncloth? I was also told by a therapist that they don't base the hour off the clock on the wall but their own watch. I went off my watch and it was still cut short 5-10 minutes. I found that the Tempe site had several good therapists and they gave a full one hour massage.
Pros: Good, knowledgable therapists
Cons: sometimes difficult to schedule with the same therapist

I have been a member of Massage Envy in Tempe since it opened. I have been to several of their therapists and have always had a great massage. I would recommend Massage Envy to anyone who is looking to make massage a part of their lifestyle.
Pros: Always a great massage
Cons: book 2 days in advance for weekends

This place is great if you want a therapist with little or no experience. Once you find a great therapist they have moved on to greener pastures for a great therapist will not work for peanuts for it is hard physcial work. I doubt those who pay for a cheap massage really understand that. You get what you pay for. If you are serious about your massage as you are about your health find a therapist and pay them what they are worth. Those who pay for cheap massages tip cheaply as well.
Pros: You might find a good therapist
Cons: You get what you pay for

We had two therapists from the Massage Envy location in Tempe come out to our company to do chair massage. Our employees loved it! I think we will definitely do this again.
Pros: Inexpensive, Good Massages
