Twirl made selecting and ordering bridesmaids' dresses the easiest and most pleasant part of planning my wedding. They did not bat an eyelash when they heard about the tight timeframe I was on, worked with my bridesmaids (who were both located out of town) to get their "rush" orders in as quickly as possible, and responded almost immediately to every email I sent. They could not have been more helpful. Most importantly, the dresses looked absolutely fabulous! I'd recommend Twirl enthusiastically to every bride-to-be!

I want to start off by saying that I work in the wedding industry in AZ. I have worked with many local vendors from florists to ministers to bridal salons. Twirl Boutique is an amazing store. The "Twirl Girls" are very sweet and very professional. Their attention to detail rivals that of a full-fledged wedding planner! From the minute a bride walks in to her appointment, she is taken care of and is provided one-on-one service. Twirl carries high-quality designers that can't be found anywhere else in the state. They have a great selection and beautiful dresses! Every bride that I have worked with who has used Twirl has had nothing but good things to say about every consultant there. These girls are gems!!

Pros: Fun atmosphere, great customer service, beautiful selection

I have seriously never seen customer service like this place. Not only do they have a great selection of dresses, but the girls there totally did everything for me from emailing my bridesmaids pictures of me in the dresses to getting in touch with my whole bridal party to get my order placed. I thought it was going to be so much stress and work because all of my bridesmaids live all over the place, but this experience made it completely easy for me. I can't imagine having done this without their help.

I love this store! I seriously walked in there and found everything I wanted - so many cute dresses, and an awesome staff. I worked with one of the owners, Jenny, and she made me feel like I was the only girl getting married out there. We bought Thread dresses everyone at my wedding talked about how great they were. I will send everyone I know to this store - they helped make my wedding everything I wanted!

Pros: TONS of dresses, amazing customer service, FUN atmosphere

Cons: Crowded on weekends if you don't have an appointment

It was a one stop shop for dresses. We found exactly what we needed and I actully was fond of the selection.

I was very excited when I walked into Twirl and found the dress that I wanted my bridemaids to wear...then it began. When it came time to pick the color of the dress - they showed me the wrong swatches! So, now my heart is set on a color...it matches the colors of the wedding...it even matches the sash on my dress...it was going to be perfect! Then, I go into the store to order the dress - or at least finalize the details so that my bridemaids could order their dresses...and so it begins! I found out that the color that I was originally told was not a color that the dress came in, but infact a darker version of the color I had planned on. It's not even that the color was wrong, it was how it was handled...the lady told me that all browns match and it shouldn't matter if the color was darker - let me tell you something IT MATTERS!!! I went along with the new color...and told her that I would like to have all my ladies order their dresses by a certain date. Not the day before, but the day of I receive a call at 4:30pm (they close at 6pm) to tell me that one person had not paid for her dress. Really, what am I suppose to do??? I was wondering why they didn't take her CC info when she called in her measurements...everyone else in my party had paid when they called in...why not ask for the info when they called in??? It was beyond me! Anyway, so now 24 days after all the dresses were suppose to be ordered I got another call, and the store has yet to follow up with my friend for her CC number - WOW!!! Customer service lacks greatly here...forget about hiring a company to help you order dresses and stay on track of things...obviously it just doesn't happen here. The dresses are cute - a bit pricy...but what I look for is customer service and these girls lack - big time!

I highly recommend this store! Its very small because it really is a boutique. You have to make an appt before you go which is actually nice because they give you one on one service and you have the entire store to yourself and bridesmaids! I went looking for a specific dress made by jim hjelm. All though they didnt carry the dress I wanted, they let me show them the dress I was looking for in their Jim Hjelm catalog. Once the dress was found they measured my girls and ordered the dress for me anyways! The dresses came in a month early and they looked beautiful! This store is great!

Pros: one on one service, just you and the manager (and bridesmaids if you bring them)

Cons: dressing room is a little weird.
