This franchise decided that on a Mother's day that having two front of house staff, one on his third day is acceptable staffing for a busy period. They had no milk, there was no coffee, we had to get our own silverware, petition for menu and then go get our sugar ( this is all small stuff but when you realize that's what we pay for it becomes annoying,) Finally get an order in and the order was not matching the description. Their garlic pizza has Alfredo sauce, this one came with tomato which doesn't agree with my wife. So let's ask them to change it. , oops they say we don't have Alfredo sauce either. At this point I was just fed up and asked to see someone. It went badly , seemingly we should know that their pizza when ordered by the slice is always tomato and that the waiter told us otherwise , and that we believed him, is something we should basically accept and eat. The story changed to say we do have the sauce but that it's not available by the slice. No effort made to correct it and by the time she decided to argue with my wife it was a case of I'll pay for the drinks, salad we had and leave. She said ok , then turned round and in front of the other customers basically said , no , why don't you just go, or you can go now. Either way it was about as unprofessional as I've seen. I understand two staff will get stressed trying to handle this but the management put them into that position . They know they don't have staff, they know to order enough milk, ( not like Fry's grocery isn't next door) and they can't make coffee? ) They should know never to berate the customer for requesting an item to match that on the menu. All in all until an under new management sign appears or their franchisee is kicked into shape I'd avoid dining in at this place

We went in for a quick mother's day lunch. Restaurant was understaffed. My husband likes coffee with his meal and was told the coffee machine was broken. They were also out of milk for our 2 year old. We had to get our own menus. We waited for 5 minutes after our drinks were brought and still did not have them. I asked if all of the pizzas on the menu were available by the slice, waiter says yes. I asked for a garden salad and a slice of garlic chicken pizza (because it comes with alfredo rather than tomato sauce and I can't have tomato sauce). I had to tell the waiter as he was leaving that I wanted ranch dressing as he never asked. The salad came before the rest of the meal, rather than with my meal. We had to get our own silverware. Once my pizza came, I took a bite and realized that there was regular sauce rather than Alfredo sauce on it. We asked the waiter about it and he took the pizza back. He came back less than a minute later and stated they were out of Alfredo sauce. At this point we asked to speak to the supervisor and were told that there wasn't one. The other server came over and began arguing with us that I had ordered a slice of pizza with garlic chicken and that all their slices come with regular sauce. I said no, I asked our server if all the pizzas on the menu were available and he said yes. He did not state that you couldn't get the slice exactly how the pizza is listed in the menu. Apparently I’m supposed to have known that. We brought up having to get our own menus and silverware and the lack of available coffee. She said look I'm not going to argue with you. I said that is exactly what you are doing. If you couldn't provide what I asked for, I should have been informed. We asked for the check reflecting our drinks and my salad. She huffed off that she would be back with it in a minute. Ten seconds later she came back and said 'Just Go'. No I'm sorry would you like something different. 'Just Go'. We just went and we'll never be back.

Pros: It wasn't busy on Mother's Day.

Cons: Understaffed, Horrible Service. Will never be back.
