This is a barber shop that repairs luggage on the side. I took a suitcase with a broken handle for repair, with the understanding it would be fixed under warranty. When I picked it up, I was charged $14 for a screw inserted though the handle (Not the repair I expected). He put a screw through the handle to affix the handle to the suitcase. NOT even close to a warranty repair. English is not the main langauge at this location. Avoid!

Tip #1: don't misplace your claim tickets or the already terrible service will become even worse. Tip #2: don't expect your items on the day they were promised. In fact don't even think of calling to check on the progress until that day unless you like to be verbally berated. I have used Carey's twice and although the repairs are fairly good quality I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on because of how rudely I was treated.
